Ericka Sobrack
Ericka Sobrack specializes in small-scale paintings depicting suburban scenes of America. Utilizing oil paint on wood panel, she renders theatrical and dramatic settings using stark lighting and selective color. She often reassembles mundane imagery to create a sense of familiarity yet ambiguity within her paintings, aiming to foster deep psychological connections with the viewer. Sobrack graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Emerging Media from the University of Central Florida in 2019 and was awarded a residency at the Maitland Arts and History Museum from 2019-2021. Her work has been exhibited in national and international exhibitions as well as multiple solo shows including The Lightner Museum in St. Augustine, FL, Arts on Douglas Gallery in New Smyrna Beach, FL and Cateye Creative Gallery in Atlanta, GA. sobrack currently lives and works in Orlando, Florida.
Steven Benson
Steven Benson is a photographer/videographer, educator and independent curator. He is a former Professor of Photography/Video and Chair of the Southeast Center for Photographic Studies, School of Photography and Media Studies at Daytona State College. He holds a BFA from the College for Creative Studies and MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. He is the recipient of three Creative Artist Grants-Michigan council for the Arts and a NEA/ArtsMidwest Fellowship. His work is represented in numerous collections including the Museum of Fine Art-Houston, Detroit Institute of Arts, Bibliotheque Nationale-France, Centre Georges Pompidou, Portland Art Museum. Solo exhibitions of his photography include the Centre Georges Pompidou and photography festivals/biennials/triennials in Argentina, South Korea, Germany, Syria, Poland, China, Denmark and FotoFest (2004,08,26). He has served on the National Board of Directors of the Society for Photographic Education (2011-2015) and former VP of the Board of Directors of SNAP! Orlando (2021-2025). He is currently VP on the Board of Directors of ASMP Greater Florida.
Nicholas Kalemba
Nicholas Kalemba (M.F.A., University of Central Florida) is a lecturer of Studio Art Foundations and Drawing at the University of Central Florida. Specializing in Acrylic and Oil painting, he works as a Studio Painter and Muralist with his personal and commissioned work being exhibited Nationally in Public and Private Collections. His work has been exhibited in over 25 Group and Juried Exhibitions where he has won multiple awards and recognitions, including a Two-Year Residency at the Maitland Arts and History Center from 2019-2021. His work grapples with dualities and contradictions, and often utilizes the formats of Painted Photomontage, Collage or Social Realism to incorporate a wide array of iconography and imagery, while adding commentary through their juxtapositions."
Angie Kamm
Angie Kamm is a local to Orlando Artist that has been involved with drawing, painting, and photography from a young age. Growing up, she studied at Crealde School of Art and in AP Art classes at Lake Mary High School. She has designed album covers for various artists as well as participating in group art shows and 2 solo shows. Since 2020, she has expanded to pyrography which has given her a new direction in finishing projects and showing her art. She loves to bring art to children with experience running an arts after school program ( and taught art), and participating in local events like Artlando and Grandma Party, along with currently being an art teacher on Fridays at The Lyman School, a local Non-profit Montessori School. Art has always been a passion and she looks forward to every new project.
Thomas Kehr
Thomas Kehr is Orlando-based photographer who seeks to capture the essence of Central Florida’s vibrant community and diverse landscapes. As an artist, Thomas is often drawn to the unique, the unnatural, and the unassuming, often seeking to portray his subjects from a new and novel perspective. Thomas is also deeply committed to the Orlando arts community. He currently volunteers as a Photography Fellow at the Winter Park Crealde School of Art where he dedicates a bulk of his time educating students of all ages in the fundamentals of film photography and fine art printing in the darkroom. He also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Orlando’s Downtown Arts District to support the vibrancy, accessibility, and economic development of Downtown Orlando through the arts. While not photographing, Thomas works as a business leader in the technology industry and holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Ysabel Flores
Ysabel Flores is a Floridian artist currently residing in Tallahassee as a graduate student at Florida State University, pursuing her MFA in art. Living in Sanford, FL for the past 10+ years, she has exhibited in many group shows at local galleries including Gallery on First, the Terrace Gallery at Orlando, the Hand Art Center at Stetson University and the Fine Arts gallery at Seminole State College. Her recent work revolves around material and process-based experimentation to challenge traditional landscape painting, weaving together images of Florida and the Philippines to illustrate her Filipino American heritage as a world of entangled and intersecting realities.
DM Hood
Dennis M. Hood (DMHood) was born in New York and now resides in Florida. DMHood began a teaching career in 1990 as a special education teacher in New York City. In 1993, he volunteered in the United States Peace Corps (Tunisia, North Africa), as an education specialist. After returning from his service, he began teaching in Orlando. In 2018, DMHood retired from teaching and began taking art classes at the Crealde’ School of Art in Winter Park, Fl. He participated in numerous group exhibitions from 2021-2023. DMHood completed his first artistic residency in October 2023 at Chateau Orquevaux in France. In April 2024, DMHood had his first solo exhibition titled: “Into Endless Skies” at the Credo/Conduit Gallery in Orlando, Florida. DMHood exhibited four large-scale abstract landscape paintings during Miami Art Week (Art Basel 2024) at the Miami International Fine Arts Gallery. In June 2025, DMHood participated in his second artistic residency at the Watershed Studios in Galway, Ireland. DMHood works out of Space Station Studio located in Orlando.
Maho Shing
Maho Shing is a multidisciplinary artist and Master Carpenter whose practice integrates fine art, architecture, and landscape design. Born in Jamaica and educated at the Jamaica School of Art, the Colege of Arts, Science and Technology, and the City University of New York, he has exhibited in New York and Florida at venues including the Arsenal Galery, Salmagundi Galery, Federal Plaza Fair, Hempstead Galery, CityArts Galery, Portfolio Galery, the Orlando Museum of Art’s First Thursday, and Nehrling Gardens. Working primarily in watercolor while extending into three-dimensional and functional forms, Shing explores the relationship between structure and spontaneity through luminous layered compositions informed by his architectural training and hands-on craftsmanship. His work is distinguished by the integration of organic elements and a disciplined yet expressive approach that positions him at the intersection of fine art, design, and the natural environment.
